All artwork on this website is created and sold by Karren Burkett. Every piece is original unless otherwise stated. Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. Prices & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Availability is updated regularly, but as items are unique and limited in quantity, availability cannot always be guaranteed until the checkout is completed.

3. Payment

Your payment information is not stored or handled by this website directly.

4. Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

If you require international shipping or have specific delivery requests, please get in touch before purchasing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or there has been a clear error in the description.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item. You may be asked to provide photographs and details to support your request.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At www.karrenburkett.co.uk, every piece of artwork is created with care and attention. Due to the unique and original nature of these works, we kindly ask that you read the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged in transit, or
  • There has been a clear error in the item description

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Timeframe

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please email contact@karrenburkett.co.uk with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing any damage or discrepancy

3. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  • You must return the item in its original packaging
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • A full refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued once the item is safely received

4. Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately. This helps support a claim with the courier and speeds up the return or replacement process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom commissions
  • Digital downloads (if applicable in the future)
  • Items returned without prior approval
